A transport for endpoints hosted inside the test process. A client prefers it over its named transport whenever it applies, so one client registration works in-process and against an address without the suite branching.

CanConnect(ProtoExecutionContext, string?)

Whether this transport serves applicationName right now: the requested application must be the one this transport belongs to, and that application must be hosted in-process. The endpoint path is deliberately not consulted - whether the application is hosted decides reachability, and a wrong application must never fall back to another application's server at the same path.
